¹² Even if they bring up their children,
    I will deprive them of each one.
    Yes, woe to them when I depart from them!
¹³ I have seen Ephraim planted in a pleasant place like Tyre,
    but Ephraim will bring its children out to the executioner.
¹⁴ Give to them, Lord—but what will you give?
    Give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
